Cheltenham Town youngster Zack Kotwica signs a new two-year contract with the club.

Cheltenham Town boss Mark Yates has revealed that Zack Kotwica has signed a new two-year contract with the club.

The 17-year-old, who has featured three times for the Robins this month, is expected to play a key role for Yates's side in their League Two campaign.

"Now is the time for Zack to knuckle down and work hard," Yates told the club's official website.

"Zack is another locally born player and we are delighted with that but it doesn't mean too much.

"He needs to work hard to become a good player and get his head down. He has done well so far this season and he needs to continue doing so."

Kotwica had previously been linked with a number of Football League clubs.
