Chelsea have not made a formal bid for Chilean striker Eduardo Vargas, according to the player's representative.
The 22-year-old has been heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window, as well as attracting reported interest from Arsenal, AC Milan and Inter Milan.
However, agent Mark Griffiths has claimed that the Blues have yet to make their move for the attacker.
"He's definitely a player that is attracting a lot of interest," Griffiths told calciomercato.it.
"Has there been an official offer from Chelsea? Their chief scout in South America is Chilean, Jorge Alvial, so it is expected that the best players from his country will be linked with the Blues.
"However, we have not received an official offer from London. Maybe they will bid in the future, but to date there is nothing."
Griffiths also added that Universidad de Chile are likely to demand £12m for their player.
