Inter Milan have announced that they have signed Chelsea defender Wallace on loan for the forthcoming season.
The 19-year-old underwent a medical with the Italian giants earlier on Tuesday ahead of the proposed move.
The Nerazzurri have now released a statement through their official website confirming the they have completed a deal for the youngster, which will keep him at San Siro for the entire 2013-14 campaign.
The Brazilian's agent, Frederico Moraes, revealed that his client is itching to don the club's famous colours this season.
He told Tuttomercatoweb: "Wallace is truly very happy that things all went for the best and now he just wants to wear the Inter jersey as soon as possible."
The Brazil Under-20 international joined the Blues from Fluminense in January but, following complications with a work permit, coach Jose Mourinho recently confirmed that the youngster would have to seek a loan spell in order to secure first-team football.
