Chelsea prepared to sell Fernando Torres?

Chelsea's signing of Samuel Eto'o has reportedly thrown Fernando Torres's future into doubt, with the Blues ready to listen to offers for the Spain striker.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to listen to offers for Fernando Torres following the arrival of Samuel Eto'o.

The Blues confirmed the signing of the former Inter Milan and Barcelona striker on Thursday after he inked a one-year deal with the club.

The move to bring the Cameroon forward to London has put Torres's position under threat at Stamford Bridge and the club are willing to sell the Spaniard if a sufficient bid arrives, according to The Mirror.

Torres was signed for a British record £50m from Liverpool in January 2011.
