Team News: Nemanja Matic back from injury as Chelsea host unchanged West Bromwich Albion

Nemanja Matic makes his first Chelsea appearance since November as the Blues host West Bromwich Albion in Sunday's Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has made one change from his side's 3-1 win at Manchester City ahead of Sunday's Premier League fixture against West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge.

Nemanja Matic returns from injury to make his first Blues appearance since November, with Cesc Fabregas dropping to the bench to accommodate the Serb.

Tony Pulis, meanwhile, retains the same starting XI for a fifth straight league game, with the Baggies unbeaten since the end of October.

Chelsea are hoping to leapfrog back into first place in the table by opening up a three-point lead over Arsenal, while West Brom could climb above Manchester United for a few hours at least.

Chelsea: Courtois, Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill, Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso, Pedro, Diego Costa, Hazard
Subs: Begovic, Ivanovic, Fabregas, Willian, Batshuayi, Chalobah, Aina

West Bromwich Albion: Foster, Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Nyom, Yacob, Fletcher, Brunt, Morrison, Phillips, Rondon
Subs: Palmer, Olsson, Robson-Kanu, Gardner, McClean, Galloway, Chadli
