Nikica Jelavic and Victor Anichebe are paired in attack for Everton's clash with Chelsea at Goodison Park.

Everton boss David Moyes has named an attacking lineup for his side's Premier League clash with Chelsea at Goodison Park.

Nikica Jelavic and Victor Anichebe will lead the line following an impressive showing against Wigan Athletic last time out.

Steven Naismith also comes into the team, but there is no place in the starting side for skipper Phil Neville.

Meanwhile, Chelsea hand a start to Frank Lampard in midfield alongside David Luiz and the returning Ramires.

Everton: Howard; Heitinga, Jagielka, Distin, Baines; Pienaar, Hitzlsperger, Osman, Naismith; Jelavic, Anichebe

Chelsea: Cech; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Ivanovic, Cole; Luiz, Lampard, Ramires; Mata, Hazard, Torres
