Andre Villas-Boas claims that Chelsea can still get their season back on track.

Andre Villas-Boas has insisted that Chelsea have the talent to fight back from their poor start to the season.

The Blues have lost three of their last four Premier League matches and are currently 12 points adrift of leaders Manchester City in fifth place. Meanwhile, the club are also struggling in the Champions League after a 2-1 defeat to Bayer Leverlusen in midweek.

Despite their poor fortunes, the former Porto boss believes that his side have the talent to turn things around.

"Results in football are key to a manager's sustainability," he said. "I have no problem with that. I didn't come here to be a failure. I came here to be a success.

"Chelsea is a club of high expectations and mine at the moment are negative. There is no running away from that. But that doesn't mean that the present run will continue, or that we don't have the talent to turn things around."

Chelsea go in search of their first home win in over a month this weekend against Wolves.
