The agent of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is reportedly eyeing up a deal with either Chelsea or Barcelona.
While Napoli have fallen short in their bid to win this season's Serie A title, they have secured a return to the Champions League for 2022-23.
Nevertheless, speculation persists that Koulibaly wants to take on a fresh challenge, the Senegal international coming to the end of his eighth campaign in Naples.
According to Area Napoli, the 30-year-old's representative has made contact with Chelsea and Barcelona, the two European giants being identified as potential destinations for a player who has just over a year left on his contract.
The report claims that Koulibaly is eager to win silverware in a foreign league, resulting in the Premier League and La Liga giants being deemed to be ideal teams for the next phase of his career.
Despite Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis being against a sale in the past, it is claimed that a proposal of €35m (£29.6m) may be enough to get a deal over the line over the coming weeks.
