Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has called on Blues striker Alvaro Morata to retain his confidence after the Spaniard's recent goal drought for the club.
Morata, who has gone five games without scoring, netted his last goal in Chelsea's 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on Boxing Day.
The 25-year-old has scored 10 Premier League goals so far this term, and Italian boss Conte has said that he is not worried about Morata's recent barren run in front of goal.
"It is normal, if you are striker that hasn't scored you are frustrated, for sure. In this period he is a bit unlucky," the manager told a press conference.
"He has to continue to work and improve himself and trust himself. Also because the coach trusts him and the teammates trust him. He mustn't lose the confidence."
Chelsea, who were held to a goalless draw by Leicester City last weekend, face Brighton in the sides' second meeting of the season on Saturday.
