Chelsea playmaker Yossi Benayoun reveals his aim of making a real impression at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea midfielder Yossi Benayoun has admitted that he is hoping for more opportunities to make his mark at Stamford Bridge.

The Israel international has struggled to hold down a regular place with the Blues since joining in 2010.

Now, after making his first appearance of the season in the 2-2 draw with Reading, Benayoun is hoping to finally show off his talents for the club.

"I have been in four big clubs in England but the only one where I haven't really been able to show what I can do is Chelsea," said the 32-year-old.

"That is because I got an Achilles injury and then I went on loan.

"Hopefully now there is the chance for me. It is a big squad, a lot of quality, but I will do my best and hopefully it will be enough."

Benayoun joined Chelsea from Liverpool in 2010, but has only made 11 appearances after two loan moves away at Arsenal and West Ham United.
