Celta Vigo boss Eduardo Berizzo has insisted that he will leave his position with the Spanish club if he feels that he has lost the support of the dressing room.
Celta started the season in impressive fashion, going unbeaten in their first six in the league and losing just one of their first 11.
However, Berizzo's side have not won in the league since beating Barcelona at the start of November – a run that stretches back nine matches.
It has been claimed that Berizzo's position is under threat ahead of Monday's clash with Getafe, but the Argentine has said that he will not need to be told to leave.
"When I no longer feel the support of my players, I won't be here. I don't need the president or anyone else to assure me of my job – there are a lot more things in life I fear more than that. My willingness to do my job will always be at its maximum," he told reporters.
Celta currently sit 13th in the La Liga table.
