Brazil 0-2 Mexico

Goals from Giovani Dos Santos and Javier Hernandez give Mexico a 2-0 win over Brazil in their friendly match in Dallas.

Mexico have beaten Brazil 2-0 in their friendly match at the Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, Texas.

Jose Manuel de la Torre's side took the lead after 22 minutes when Giovani Dos Santos chipped in a delightful finish from the left side of the penalty area.

Their lead was doubled before the break as Javier Hernandez slotted in from the spot following Juan's foul on Dos Santos.

As Mexico dominated the second half, Hernandez should have scored whe he was put through. However, the forward could only hit his shot at goalkeeper Rafael before the ball was cleared.

Brazil's best chance of pulling a goal back came with 15 minutes to play, but Alexandre Pato somehow stepped over the ball whe he was just four yards out.
