West Bromwich Albion have expressed an interest in signing striker Benik Afobe from Bournemouth, according to a report.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe is said to be open to offers for the 24-year-old, who has started five times in the Premier League this season.
Sky Sports News suggests that Albion are considering a formal offer, but will only do so should defender Jonny Evans - linked with Arsenal and Manchester City - leave the club to free up funds.
Championship leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers are also said to have made contact with Bournemouth regarding Afobe's availability, two years after he swapped clubs in a £10m deal.
The DR Congo international was not included in Bournemouth's squad for their 1-1 draw with West Ham United at the weekend.
