Ilkay Gundogan has reportedly put off his plans to leave Borussia Dortmund by agreeing to extend his contract with the club.
The Germany international has been repeatedly linked with the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona after it was revealed in May that talks had broken down over a new deal.
Dortmund were believed to be keen to cash in on the 24-year-old, who has just one year remaining on his current contract, as they are unwilling to let him leave for free next year.
However, Bild claims that new talks have ended in success, and a 12-month extension is likely to be confirmed in the coming days.
Gundogan made 31 appearances in all competitions last season after spending the two previous campaigns battling a serious back injury.
