Alessandro Diamanti has committed his future to Bologna by signing a new five-year deal with the Italian club.
The 29-year-old striker scored the winning penalty for Italy in their quarter-final triumph over England at Euro 2012.
"Bologna have reached an agreement with Alessandro Diamanti to prolong his contract until June 30, 2017," read a statement on Bologna's official website.
Diamanti joined Bologna from Brescia in summer 2011 following a season at West Ham United.
