Blackpool manager Paul Ince has revealed that striker Bobby Grant faces five weeks on the sidelines with a knee problem.
Grant has not featured for the Seasiders since December 14, and Ince has stated that it is a blow to lose the 23-year-old until February.
The 46-year-old told the Blackpool Gazette: "He's got a cyst on his knee. We had a look at it this week and he'll need an operation.
"We think it will be about five weeks. It's another blow for us."
Grant has failed to score in seven appearances since leaving Rochdale in the summer.
