Preview: Blackburn Rovers vs. Fulham

Blackburn Rovers could claw themselves out of the relegation zone with a win at home to Fulham on Saturday.

Despite all of the doom and gloom at Blackburn Rovers, the Lancashire side could be out of the relegation zone come Saturday evening with a win against Fulham.

Rovers boss Steve Kean will be without a number of first-team players for the match at Ewood Park, with captain Christopher Samba the most notable absentee.

Meanwhile, striker Yakubu is expected to return after he was rested for Saturday's FA Cup defeat at Newcastle United.

Clint Dempsey is likely to be the first name on the Fulham team sheet after his hattrick against Charlton Athletic in the cup last weekend.

Elsewhere, manager Martin Jol could possibly leave out striker Andrew Johnson after he was the subject of a recent bid by Blackburn.

Current form:

Blackburn: LLLDWL
Fulham: LWLDDW

Possible lineups:

Blackburn: Bunn; Olsson, Givet, Hanley, Henley; Pedersen,
Petrovic, Nzonzi, Vukcevic; Yakubu, Rochina

Fulham: Stockdale; Kelly, JA Riise, Hangeland, Senderos; Murphy,
Duff, Dempsey, Ruiz; Zamora, Dembele

Sports Mole says: 2-1
