Sami Hyypia wants one more win for 2013

Sami Hyypia believes that his side can round off 2013 with a win over Werder Bremen.

Bayer Leverkusen coach Sami Hyypia has targeted a win against Werder Bremen on Saturday in order to cap off a good year for his side.

Leverkusen are currently second in the Bundesliga, seven points behind Bayern Munich and five ahead of Borussia Dortmund, and although he wants a win Hyypia recognises that Bremen will provide a stern test.

"It's certainly not going to be easy for us," he told Bundesliga.com. "But if we play like we had been prior to the Frankfurt game and go into this match with the right attitude, we should be able to leave the pitch as winners.

"We want to get the three points and make a good impression in the final match of 2013."

A win would ensure that this would be Bayer's best first half to a Bundesliga season in their history.
