Reports in Spain this week linked the 35-year-old centre-back with a move to the Italian club at the end of the season.
"All the information that is coming out is false," ESPN quotes him as saying. "I am just focused on recovering well and being at my best for next season."
Puyol's current contract with Barcelona runs until June 2016.
