Everton have reportedly identified Barcelona forward Paco Alcacer as a potential signing during the summer transfer window.
Since replacing Sam Allardyce, new boss Marco Silva is yet to make any first-team signings but it appears that the Portuguese would be open to bringing in Alcacer.
According to Sport, the Toffees have asked about the striker's availability, and Barcelona are said to be ready to do business for a figure in the region of €30m (£26.54m).
That was the fee that the Catalan giants paid Valencia two years ago, with the 24-year-old going on to score 15 goals in 22 starts and 28 substitute appearances in all competitions.
Boss Ernesto Valverde is looking to part ways with the fringe members of his squad and that includes Alcacer, who has also been linked with a switch to Southampton.
Alcacer still has three years remaining on his contract at Camp Nou.
