The summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Barcelona eye possible reinforcements.
The Spanish champions spent big on Antoine Griezmann last summer but missed out on a big-name striker in January and have been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic, meaning that selling players rather than buying could be their priority this summer.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer news from the Camp Nou.
Saturday morning's Barcelona transfer talk news roundup:
Barcelona to include Emerson in Memphis Depay deal?
Barcelona are allegedly prepared to tempt Lyon into accepting a part-exchange deal for Memphis Depay.
Since the appointment of Ronald Koeman, the Catalan giants have been heavily linked with a move for the Netherlands international.
However, while personal terms are said to be agreed, the two clubs are yet to agree a fee for a player who has less than a year remaining on his contract.
According to reports in Spain, Barcelona are ready to go in a different direction during negotiations by offering Lyon the chance to sign Emerson.
While the 21-year-old enjoyed a strong 2019-20 campaign at Real Betis, the Brazilian is unlikely to break into the Barcelona first team over the next 11 months.
With Lyon having parted ways with two full-backs in recent days, the La Liga outfit are seemingly prepared to reduce their financial outlay on Depay by parting ways with the prospect.
Any deal must be given the green light by Betis, who possess dual ownership of the player.
Barcelona 'looking to offload 12 more players this summer'
Barcelona are reportedly looking to offload as many as 12 more players during the summer transfer window.
A tumultuous 2019-20 campaign on and off the field has led to demands for change from the top to the bottom of the club, including a drastic overhaul of the playing squad.
New manager Ronald Koeman has been brought in to oversee that, and Mundo Deportivo claims that up to 12 players face uncertain futures at Camp Nou due to the club's need to trim their wage bill.
Luis Suarez - Barca's third-highest scorer of all time - is among those understood to be on his way out, with Italian champions Juventus nearing a deal for the Uruguay international but Atletico Madrid also interested.
Samuel Umtiti is also reportedly deemed surplus to requirements by Koeman, while Arturo Vidal is thought to be on the verge of joining Inter Milan.
Jean-Clair Todibo, Martin Braithwaite, Nelson Semedo, Rafinha, Junior Firpo and Miranda are among the other first-team names Koeman is willing to offload.
The Dutchman is also reportedly keen to trim his squad below first-team level, with Moussa Wague, Monchu and Oriol Busquets free to leave this summer.
One player who will be staying at the club is captain Lionel Messi, though, after he was reluctantly forced into a U-turn over his transfer request.
Barca's 2020-21 campaign does not get underway until September 26, when they host Villarreal.
