Arsenal and Barcelona have reportedly been informed that it will cost €100m (£90.14m) to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Ousmane Dembele.
Dembele contributed 10 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions in his first season at the Westfalenstadion, and that form has led to interest from two of European football's biggest clubs.
However, according to Bild, Dortmund have told any admirers that they will have to part with a substantial fee if they want to take the French international away from the Bundesliga.
Barcelona's transfer funds have been boosted by nearly £200m after Neymar completed a switch to Paris Saint-Germain, and they could potentially back up their initial interest in the player.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger remains in the hunt for a second high-profile signing this summer, but it remains to be seen whether the Gunners manager will be prepared to shell out such money for the 20-year-old.
