Yannick Ferreira Carrasco has revealed that "there is now an offer on the table" as the attacker prepares to leave Chinese outfit Dalian Yifang in this summer's transfer window.
The 25-year-old moved to China last February and has scored 14 times and registered 11 assists in 36 appearances for the Blue Hawks across all competitions.
The attacker recently revealed that he would be interested in a move to the Premier League this summer, though, and Arsenal have been strongly linked with his services.
Carrasco has not revealed which club have made an offer, although a number of reports in the Belgian media have placed the Gunners at the top of the list.
"There is now an offer on the table and the negotiations with my agent are progressing well. I am the most important player in the club, but I hope the chairman understands me," Carrasco told Nieuwsblad.
Carrasco started his professional career with Monaco before moving to Atletico Madrid in 2015.
