Arsenal are reportedly holding out for a fee of £20m for Eddie Nketiah.
The 22-year-old has only been used as a bit-part player during Mikel Arteta's tenure, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette ahead of him in the pecking order.
An ankle injury has prevented Nketiah from earning some minutes in the early stages of the 2021-22 season, but he is widely expected to complete a move away from the Emirates Stadium nonetheless.
Crystal Palace continue to be credited with an interest in England Under-21s all-time leading goalscorer, but Sky Sports News claims that Arsenal's £20m valuation is yet to be met.
The report adds that Nketiah and Arsenal have failed to come to an agreement over a new contract, and an unnamed foreign club are expected to return with a third offer for the Englishman following two rejected bids.
Nketiah has now entered the final 12 months of his Arsenal deal and boasts 13 goals in 65 games for the Gunners in all competitions.
