Arsenal have allowed youngster Kelechi Nwakali to sign a season-long loan deal with Porto.
Kwakali signed for the Gunners in 2016 but the Nigerian is yet to make an impact with the first team, instead being loaned out to VVV Venlo for the last campaign.
Just one goal came from three starts and six substitute outings in the Eredivisie, and it has led to the North London outfit allowing Nwakali to spent a season in Portugal with Porto's 'B' side.
The 20-year-old told the club's official website: "My main goal is to develop and evolve as a player, to improve my qualities and the other aspects that I know I need to correct to grow in the way I play. I think FC Porto is the right place to evolve as a player.
"I know Porto very well, because one of my idols always in football played here - Deco. He was a player that I loved to watch and I hope one day being able to meet him and tell him the importance he had in my desire to be a football player."
Porto have the option to sign Nwakali on a permanent basis next summer.
