Atletico Madrid attacker Joao Felix was spotted in the English capital over the weekend amid links with a possible switch to Arsenal.
The 22-year-old has struggled to live up to his nine-figure price tag during his time with the La Liga champions, who are supposedly open to parting ways with the attacker in the summer.
Arsenal have reportedly now been offered the chance to sign Felix, with the Gunners expected to prioritise the signing of a new striker ahead of Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette's imminent exits.
Felix has now added fuel to the fire surrounding a possible switch, with the Portugal international attending the EFL Cup final at Wembley to witness Liverpool defeat Chelsea on penalties.

Felix has only registered five goals and five assists in 26 appearances for Atletico this season, and his deal with Diego Simeone's side does not expire until 2026.
The ex-Benfica starlet has now amassed a total of 24 goals and 14 assists in 102 appearances for Atletico since his £112.9m arrival in the summer of 2019.
