Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Sadio Mane is fit and available to face Arsenal at the weekend, but Andy Robertson and Jordan Henderson will need late fitness tests.
The Senegal international handed the Reds yet another injury scare during the international break with a rib problem, with Henderson and Robertson picking up groin and thigh issues respectively.
Klopp has now revealed that Mane is set to take his rightful place in the first XI, but Henderson and Robertson will be late decisions for the visit of the Gunners.
Speaking to reporters at his pre-game press conference, Klopp said: "So, Hendo and Robbo not trained with team yet, recovery/rehab stuff. Pretty close, a late, late decision.
"Sadio is good. Fabinho came back late and did a recovery session. I hope he can train today, that's the plan. We have to wait until tomorrow."
The Reds - who remain without Harvey Elliott, Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita, Curtis Jones and James Milner - will aim to avoid being leapfrogged by Arsenal in the table this weekend.
