La Liga matches to be re-synchronised

Tonight's La Liga matches between Almeria and Athletic Bilbao, Real Valladolid and Granada, and Rayo Vallecano against Granada will have extended half-time intervals.

Tonight's La Liga matches between Almeria and Athletic Bilbao, Real Valladolid and Granada, and Rayo Vallecano against Getafe will all have extended half-time intervals.

A partial stadium collapse during the Primera Division clash between Osasuna and Real Betis forced play to be interrupted at El Sadar for much of the first period.

As a result, the Spanish league have confirmed that all the matches will be re-synchronised by allowing Osasuna and Betis to catch-up with the other fixtures.

It is understood that no serious injuries occurred during the collapse of the safety barrier.
