Neal Ardley confirms Aaron Morris injury

AFC Wimbledon defender Aaron Morris suffers a groin injury during his side's 2-1 defeat to Oxford United at the weekend.

AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley has revealed that recent signing Aaron Morris suffered a groin injury in the 2-1 defeat to Oxford United at the weekend.

The defender, who moved to the League Two outfit on a short-term deal last month, picked up the problem in the second half of the league clash on Saturday.

"We've just got to hope it's not serious, I thought he was excellent up until that point," Ardley told reporters at a press conference.

Ardley previously worked with the 24-year-old centre-back at Cardiff City.
