Catalans Dragons have beaten Hull Kingston Rovers 37-24 in their Super League match at the Stade Gilbert Brutus in Perpignan.

The French side started strongly and three tries from Morgan Escare, Elliott Whitehead and Michael Oldfield saw them race into a 17-0 lead.

Hull responded well and took the lead before the break thanks to three tries of their own from Greg Eden, Jordan Cox and Omari Caro.

After the break Daryl Millard went over, with Thomas Bosc's conversion restoring Catalan's lead, but the visitors quickly hit back thanks to Caro's try and Travis Burns's subsequent conversion.

Hull were not ahead for long as Oldfield and Whitehead soon went over, with Bosc's three late conversion sealing the win.
