Rudi Garcia: 'Roma aiming to win against CSKA Moscow'

Roma head coach Rudi Garcia says that his team will be looking to claim all three points against CSKA Moscow, despite admitting that a draw would be an "okay" result.

Rudi Garcia has insisted that his Roma side will play to win when they take on CSKA Moscow in the Champions League tomorrow evening.

A draw in the Russian capital would leave the second-placed Italian side in control of their own destiny heading into the final group clash against Manchester City at the Stadio Olimpico on matchday six.

However, Garcia has stressed that he will send his players out with the intention of claiming maximum points, which depending on the result that City achieve against Bayern Munich, could see them advance through to the knockout stages of the competition with a game to spare.

"Against CSKA, it will not be easy. A draw would be an okay result tomorrow but we will not play for that. We will play to win. It is important that the team is able to change game plan," he told reporters.

Roma won 2-1 on their last visit to CSKA back in 1991.
