Manchester United target Bruno Fernandes 'angry with Sporting Lisbon officials'

Bruno Fernandes is allegedly angry with Sporting Lisbon officials as he continues to wait to secure a switch to Manchester United.

Bruno Fernandes has allegedly been left frustrated with his failure to secure a move to Manchester United.

Over the past week, it has been suggested that the Portugal international would soon make the switch to Old Trafford having agreed personal terms with the Premier League giants.

While United were keen to have Fernandes available for Sunday's trip to Liverpool, it was seemingly accepted that Fernandes would represent Sporting against Benfica on Friday night before completing the transfer.

However, speaking on the The Transfer Window Podcast, Duncan Castles has claimed that the two clubs are still haggling over a fee.

There is a suggestion that no agreement is near on the fee which will be paid up front and the size of any potential add-ons.

Despite being kept informed of the situation, Fernandes is said to have reacted angrily towards president Frederico Varandas when being notified of the delay.
