Everton 'plot £15m Tom Cleverley move'

Everton are reportedly keen to sign Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley at the end of the season.

Everton are considering a summer move for Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley in a possible deal worth £15m, according to a report.

The 24-year-old has come under fire for his performances this season, which led to some supporters starting an online petition to keep the midfielder out of England's squad for the World Cup in Brazil.

However, according to The People, Moyes is reluctant to let Cleverley go to a rival, fearing that he may rediscover his form at Goodison Park.

Everton boss Martinez, who coached Cleverley when he was on loan at Wigan Athletic in 2010-11, is thought to see the England player as a perfect fit for his side.

Cleverley has 13 England caps to his name so far.
