Robbie Fowler praises Raheem Sterling

Robbie Fowler describes Raheem Sterling's display against Norwich City as "absolutely magnificent".

Former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler has praised the performance that Raheem Sterling put in during Liverpool's 3-2 victory away at Norwich City this afternoon.

The 19-year-old was involved in all three of his side's goals at Carrow Road, scoring two and laying the other on for Luis Suarez.

"Regardless of the score, I thought Raheem was absolutely magnificent today," Fowler wrote on the social networking site Twitter.

Sterling's brace took his Premier League goal tally for the campaign to nine.
