Crystal Palace will reportedly pursue a deal for Leeds United winger Wilfried Gnonto if Wilfried Zaha leaves the club this summer.

Crystal Palace have reportedly identified Wilfried Gnonto as a replacement for Wilfried Zaha.

The Ivory Coast international is out of contract at the end of the month, and as it stands, he will walk away from Selhurst Park on a free transfer.

Palace have presented Zaha with a significant contract offer, but there is no indication that he will put pen to paper on a new deal.

Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr are interested in the 30-year-old, and they have tabled a lucrative deal worth £45m over three years.

A recent report also claimed that French champions Paris Saint-Germain are in the race to secure Zaha's signature.

According to The Mirror, Palace will attempt to sign Gnonto from Leeds if Zaha does depart Selhurst Park this summer.

The Italy international is widely expected to leave Elland Road following Leeds' relegation from the Premier League last season.

The 19-year-old was one of the bright sparks in a disappointing campaign, scoring four goals and contributing four assists.

Gnonto, who joined Leeds from Zurich for £4m last summer, has a contract with the Yorkshire club until the summer of 2027.

Leeds are reportedly looking to receive a fee in the region of £40m, and they are hoping to take advantage of a potential bidding war with a number of clubs thought to be interested.

In addition to Crystal Palace, Gnonto has been linked with a number of other Premier League sides, including Brighton & Hove Albion, Everton and West Ham United.

Gnonto has earned 11 caps for the Italian national team, but he is currently representing his country at the Under-21 European Championships.

The winger has featured in Italy's first two group games, and he managed to find the net in Wednesday's 3-2 victory over Switzerland.
