Team News: One change for Ipswich Town as David McGoldrick returns

Ipswich Town make one change to their starting XI as they welcome Wigan Athletic in the Championship, with David McGoldrick replacing Daryl Murphy in attack.

Ipswich Town have made just one change as they prepare to face visiting Wigan Athletic in the Championship this afternoon, with David McGoldrick replacing Daryl Murphy in attack.

The promotion hopefuls are to feature Paul Anderson, Jay Tabb, Kevin Bru and Cole Skuse in the centre of the park, providing support to a front pairing of McGoldrick and Noel Hunt.

Travelling Athletic have made three changes to their starting XI, with Ali Al-Habsi, Don Cowie and Marc-Antoine Fortune all coming into Malky Mackay's plans this afternoon.

The Wigan boss has also made space on the bench for new signings Billy Mckay and Jason Pearce, as the Latics look to climb further up the league standings with a win at Portman Road.

Ipswich Town: Bialkowski; Mings, Chambers, Smith, Berra, Skuse, McGoldrick, Anderson, Hunt, Bru, Tabb

Wigan Athletic: Al Habsi; Taylor, McClean, Huws, Cowie, Perch, Barnett, Ridgewell, Fortune, Waghorn, Kvist
