Monday's international friendly predictions including Egypt vs. Algeria

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for today's international friendlies, including Egypt vs. Algeria.

Mozambique vs. Nigeria (Monday, 4.00pm)

Mozambique and Nigeria continue their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers when they square off in a friendly showdown at the Estadio Municipal de Albufeira on Monday.

Both sides, who have booked their spot in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, will be meeting for the first time since January 2014, when the Super Eagles cruised to a 4-2 victory in the Africa Nations Championship.

We say: Mozambique 0-3 Nigeria

Nigeria have a solid record against Mozambique and are firm favourites to come out on top, given the gulf in quality and depth between the two sides. While we expect Mozambique to put up a fight, we fancy the Super Eagles picking up the desired result once again.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Egypt vs. Algeria (Monday, 5.00pm)

African powerhouses Egypt and Algeria will square off in an international friendly at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium on Monday evening.

Both these sides secured the top spot in their respective 2023 AFCON qualifying groups, ensuring their qualification for the continent's biggest tournament scheduled to be held in Ivory Coast in January.

We say: Egypt 1-1 Algeria

This should be a high-quality encounter between two of the best sides in Africa. While the visitors have put up better attacking numbers of late, Egypt's defence has been formidable, conceding just two goals in their last 10 matches. We expect a free-flowing match here but feel that these two African giants will end level at the full-time whistle.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Senegal vs. Cameroon (Monday, 7.30pm)

Senegal and Cameroon will face off against each other in an international friendly encounter at Estadio Bollaert-Delelis on Monday evening.

Both teams suffered respective defeats in their most recent outings, and they will be looking to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.

We say: Senegal 2-1 Cameroon

There is little to choose between the sides heading into Monday's clash which could easily swing either way. However, we are backing Senegal to emerge triumphant, albeit by only a narrow margin.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
