Cambuur ended FC Utrecht's four-match unbeaten streak in the Eredivisie with a 3-1 victory over their mid-table rivals this evening.
Edouard Duplan cancelled out Erik Bakker's penalty only for Sander van de Streek to immediately respond and Mikhail Rosheuvel to secure Cambuur the points in stoppage time.
Bakker stepped up to the spot to put Cambuur in front on 18 minutes with his fourth strike of the season.
Their lead lasted only nine minutes as Duplan equalised for Utrecht with their 13th goal in their last five games, but the hosts were back in front 60 seconds later through Van de Streek.
Utrecht missed a handful of chances to level again and were made to pay when Rosheuvel ran clear to seal a victory which sends Cambuur up to eighth in the table, four points clear of their opponents in 11th.
