AC Milan make three changes for Sunday evening's Serie A derby against Inter Milan, with Fernando Torres leading the Rossoneri attack at the San Siro.

AC Milan have made three changes for this evening's Serie A derby against Inter Milan at the San Siro.

Fernando Torres, Sulley Muntari and Cristian Zapata come into the Rossoneri's starting XI in place of Daniele Bonera, Nigel de Jong and Keisuke Honda.

Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri have made two changes, with Joel Obi and Fredy Guarin coming in for ex-Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic and former Cardiff City man Gary Medel.

Roberto Mancini's outfit will leapfrog their inter-city rivals into eighth place should they win tonight.
