John McEnroe says that Novak Djokovic has gotten over his disappointment from the French Open.

Former three-time Wimbledon winner John McEnroe has heaped praised on the "unbeatable" Novak Djokovic.

The Serb advanced to the quarter-finals of the tournament after a 6-3 6-1 6-3 victory over fellow countryman Viktor Troicki.

The world number one dropped just seven games in the match, and McEnroe believes that Djokovic has gotten over his French Open disappointment.

"That was scarily good from Djokovic. This was just what the doctor ordered. He looked unbeatable," McEnroe told BBC Sport.

"This is going to be of concern for all the players left in the draw. This was never a match against Viktor Troicki.

"It certainly seems as though the French Open hangover has gone for Djokovic. Now he's in a situation where he's more comfortable."

Djokovic will face either Richard Gasquet or Florian Mayer in the next round.
