Ivo Karlovic warns: 'My serve will hurt Andy Murray'

Hard-serving Croat Ivo Karlovic hopes that his service game is at its ferocious best in his fourth-round Wimbledon match with Andy Murray.

Ivo Karlovic has revealed that he hopes for his ferocious service game to serve him well once more ahead of this afternoon's fourth-round Wimbledon clash with Andy Murray.

Karlovic meets the Scot on the back of a four-set victory over Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, in which he recorded no fewer than 41 aces, making it 136 for the tournament.

His fastest serve clocked in at 156mph, and the hard-hitting Croat admits that suggestions of him being a one-trick pony do not faze him.

"If you look at the stats, they say the best server in history is me. Of course I am the best," he is quoted as saying by The Star.

"I don't care if people say I have just one shot, I am not a real tennis player. If they say that, they have never seen me play."

Karlovic has never beaten Murray in five previous meetings.
