Novak Djokovic says that he has nothing to lose as he prepares to face Roger Federer at Wimbledon.

World number one Novak Djokovic is in a confident mood ahead of his last-four meeting with Roger Federer.

The Serb has dropped just one set so far this year at Wimbledon, as he looks to successfully defend his crown.

Djokovic meets the Swiss on grass for the very first time, and he is anticipating a close encounter.

"My mindset is very positive. He has a really smart game for this surface, but I have improved playing on grass in the last couple of years," Djokovic said.

"I won the title here last year and have got to another semi-final this year, so I'm feeling good about this surface, and about myself. This year I've been playing really well, constantly well, from the start of the tournament, and I hope to continue that way. I really have nothing to lose. I'm going to try to win.

"Most of our matches that we play against each other are very close. Very few points decide the winner. I won two years in a row against him with match points down. I expect this match to be a tight one. We have never played on grass, so I think it's going to be interesting for both of us to see what happens."

Djokovic has won six of his previous seven matches against Federer.
