Great Britain's Laura Robson has claimed that she has "nothing to lose" going into today's second-round match with Maria Sharapova at the Olympics.
The 18-year-old set up a contest against the Russian third seed following a 7-6 6-4 victory over Czech Lucie Safarova on Monday.
"I've got nothing to lose going into it, so all I can do is fight as hard as I can and try and play as well as I can," Robson told reporters.
"But she's playing some of the best tennis of her life basically. It's definitely going to be a tough match."
The pair's only previous encounter came at Wimbledon last year when Sharapova won in straight sets.
