Petra Cetkovska produced a shock at the Rome Masters on Tuesday by coming from a set down to knock out seventh seed Angelique Kerber.
The first set was all about breaks of serve, with Cetkovska snapping her German opponent's serve in the first game but eventually losing out after failing to hold any of her last four service games.
Kerber clinched the opener 6-4 and then went 2-0 up in the second before a collapse that saw Cetkovska take it into a decider.
There was an epic seventh game in the second set that, after 14 deuces, Cetkovska won with her ninth break point of the game to go in front, going on to close out the set 6-3.
The pair then traded two breaks each in the final set before Kerber wobbled at 4-5 and Cetkovska clinched victory - her first in three meetings against the German - to reach the third round.
