England's Rory Warlow feeling "pretty good" ahead of semi-final showdown

Shooter Rory Warlow says that he is feeling "pretty good" after booking his place in the semi-finals of the men's skeet shooting at the Commonwealth Games.

England's Rory Warlow has reflected on his performance in the men's skeet shooting with great pride, having secured a spot in the semi-finals of the event.

The 24-year-old, who progressed from the qualification round in sixth place with a score of 118, will now take part in this afternoon's semis in Glasgow.

"I'm feeling pretty good as I shot solidly all the way through and didn't have any major issues," Warlow told reporters.

"I'm immensely proud – I've never done a Commonwealth Games before. I went to the Olympics in 2012 and this has been a very similar experience so I've enjoyed every minute so far."

Fellow Team England shooter Mike Gilligan failed to advance from the qualifiers, finishing in 14th place.
