Despite having the majority of the possession and territory in the first half, Ireland failed to capitalise on their strong start to the game, taking a slender 3-0 lead into the break.
The visitors made their dominance count at the start of the second half as Craig Gilroy picked up the ball near the try line and spurned over.

Laidlaw led Scotland's comeback, firing in four penalties in a row to put the home side four points ahead with six minutes to play following a series of errors from the visitors.
Ireland attacked desperately in the final minutes of the game as they looked to regain the lead, but Scotland managed to hold up Brian O'Driscoll two metres out to prevent a last-minute try and take the win.
The result gives Scotland their first back-to-back wins in the Six Nations for 12 years.
