Preview: London Wasps vs. London Welsh

Sports Mole looks at the first ever Aviva Premiership encounter between Wasps and London Welsh at Adams Park.

Sunday sees London Wasps take on London Welsh for the first time in the Aviva Premiership as the sides go head to head at Adams Park.

The visitors have endured a difficult start to life in the top flight, with four defeats from their first six matches leaving them in 10th place in the table.

They won't be expecting an easy ride this weekend when they come up against a Wasps side who have won their last three on the bounce.

The home side have made a total of eight changes to their side as Joe Simpson, Tom Varndell, Lee Thomas and Andrea Masi come into the starting XV.

London Welsh have also had a radical overhaul of their team which has Martin Purdy, Seb Jewell and Michael Hills as the only names who played in the recent win over Cavalieri Prato in the Amlin Challenge Cup. Tom Voyce will also make his debut in place of the injured Tom Arscott.
