Leicester Tigers have reached the Aviva Premiership final thanks to a 25-15 win over Saracens at Welford Road.
Owen Farrell kicked the visitors into an early lead before George Ford got the Tigers' first points on the board with a penalty of his own.
Farrell found the posts again soon after to edge his team back in front, but Leicester landed a significant blow on 21 minutes when Alesana Tuilagi burst through to touch down. Ford successfully kicked the conversion as the home side took a 10-6 lead.
Farrell was on target with the boot twice to put Sarries 12-10 ahead, only to see the hosts enjoy the narrow advantage at half time thanks to another Ford penalty.
Leicester took a big step towards the final on 48 minutes through Steve Mafi's try before Ford kicked the extras to establish a 21-12 lead.
Farrell scored his fifth penalty of the afternoon as Saracens tried to claw their way back into the contest, but Ford killed off all hopes of a comeback with six minutes to play as he landed his fourth penalty of the match.
Richard Cockerill's side will now face Harlequins in the final at Twickenham on Saturday, May 26.
