Mike Tindall has been named captain for England's World Cup warm-up fixture against Wales on Saturday.
The 32-year-old has been called on by England boss Martin Johnson to lead the team after Lewis Moody was ruled out with a ligament injury in his leg.
Johnson has rotated his squad from the team that beat Wales at Twickenham.
"Last weekend's match was hugely competitive and we expect more of the same as we prepare to travel to the Millennium Stadium," Johnson said.
"We took a lot out of Saturday's game and this weekend gives the selected players their opportunity and a chance for us to improve our overall performance."
