England will be without scrum-half Ben Youngs for their third Test encounter against South Africa next weekend.
The 22-year-old, who scored two tries during yesterday's 36-27 loss, has been forced to withdraw from the squad because of an injury to his right shoulder.
The Leicester half-back suffered the problem following an awkward landing during the defeat to the South Africans.
Karl Dickson, who plays his club rugby for Harlequins, will join the squad as a replacement.
